Feature
The one-piece constructed 45° box type structure is manufactured from high quality cast iron to assure maximum rigidity and stability for long time machining.
Powerful AC spindle motor drive and finned headstock construction for excellent heat dissipation. High torque output combined with constant circumferential speed ensures optimal cutting performance, extra fine and accurate machined surface which greatly increase tool life.
The precision grinding box way transmission with Turcite-B precisely scraped to increase fluent traverse thereby assuring accurate stability.
CPL-3518MC / 3520MC are equipped with BMT Turret which provide superior rigidity for forward and reverse machining, heavy loads of stability due to high locking forces.
